What data is processed
Via the contact form on capsclips.ru: name (if provided), company (if provided), email address, message text. In client accounts: email address and the data required to perform the contract.
Purposes and legal grounds
Form data is processed to respond to your inquiry, based on the consent you give by sending the form. Client data is processed to perform the concluded contract.
Storage and protection
Data is stored in the Operator’s database on servers located in the Russian Federation and is not shared with third parties except where required by law. Inquiry data is kept until the purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, and no longer than three years.
Cookies
Public pages of the site use no analytics or advertising cookies. The client account uses a technical session cookie required for login.
